NO Service after sale!
I should have read some of the reviews here before purchasing my vehicle here. The finance department especially does not like picking up your call or even bother to call you back after 6 messages over the span of 2 weeks.
1st problem- Not a huge problem but I knew about the labor day sale that was going on the very next day but only this dealership d... view moreidnt want to inform me about it. ( 2 other dealerships suggested me to come in the weekend for the 1500 rebate for labor day special)
2nd problem - After I sign the papers,? the salesman tells me there is a crack on the windshield.? If I knew this beforehand,? I would have not purchased the vehicle here. The process of replacing the windshield takes 2 and half weeks of calling and playing tag with the service department to finally schedule an appointment.
3rd problem- The first thing I ask Bill (finance manager) is if they give a 500 rebate by being a membership in a certain organization. I tell him I recently applied and do not have my confirmation yet. Bill tells me not to worry and once I get my membership confirmation, I can fax him the papers and he will take care of the rest. I get my confirmation, fax Bill, and leave him a message to call me back once he receives it.
I wait a couple of days and leave him a message if he received my fax. No response...
Call him 2 days later and leave a message. No response
Call him 3 days later and leave another message. No response
Call again the next day. No response. I call customer service and they give me a number to another finance guy. No response and no call back.
Finally after 2 weeks, I call once AGAIN? and Bill finally answers! Just to tell me that my rebate wont work because I was suppose to have my membership confirmation the day I purchased my car..and says sorry about it, you how ford is.. wow.. not only did it take 2 weeks to give me a response but if I waited a couple of days for my confirmation to come in, I would have saved $1000! ( $500 from labor day sale and $500 from the rebate).
Worst new car purchase experience!? If you like getting no service and getting lied to then by all means go ahead and buy your car here but I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone
