Sales staff easy to deal with repair staff not so easy its been a year and a half and im still fighting with these people over the same issue which has not been resolved. word to the wise it better work when you purchase it cause these people dont seem to capable of fixing things.

poor follow through once you buy the car

I bought a brand new car from them. Upon receipt of the car, I noticed several small issues (scratch on car set pull, smudge, the optional cargo cover which I bought wasn`t included). They assured me that they can get that fixed immediately, and will call us to schedule an appointment the following week. They didn`t call, so my wife called them. They replied that yes, they will schedule an appoint for the followi... view moreng week. They didn`t again, so my wife called them again, and they agreed to make an appointment for wednesday morning. Well, wednesday appointment comes around, and they don`t have the required part. The parts/service manager had no idea this part was needed. So my wife woke up an hour early to show up to this place, all for nothing. We will have to come back again another day, for service for a BRAND NEW CAR. My only consolation is that there are other Pontiac service dealers in the county, so I`ll be trying the other ones next time. Again, I went in very happy with this place, and am now very unhappy with this place. Mazzei Pontiac failed to meet my expectations.

LIARS

These people advertise to give loans to anyone, good credit, bad credit, no credit. LIE!!!! they tried to force a used honda on me, that`s after saying i was approved and stringing me on for days! i would NEVER use these INCOMPETENT FALSE ADVERTISING LIARS EVER!!!!!
