Happy with my purchase
With this tough economy no one would finance me a car, except for Ed Dena`s auto center. I sent a message to Ed Dena autocenter via Facebook explained my situation & Ed Dena personally helped me find the exact car I was looking for & gave me the exact payment I was looking for. I`ve had my car for almost 1 year now & I love my car.

Terrible Service,
Terrible service, on service department, would not do anything to help you if you have issues with your GMC Warranty, they always try to blaime on the costumer when something goes wrong with the vehicle, I had a really bad experience won`t recommend it to anyone, I took my car its 2 years old and had bought it with them, some fuses when out, and i could not pull my keys out, called them up and told me that part was n... view moreot going to be covered by the warranty, reason i had spill some liquid on the shift gear and had damage the fuse, i would have to pay out of my own, 387 dollars, decided to call the GMC warranty, they told me they had not received any information from the dealer about this incident, waited a week, and not results, decided to pick up my car, and took it to another GMC dealer, ( Giant Chevrolet in Visalia ) no questions ask, they say they would take care of the problem and they did, with in 2 hours my car was ready, and happy, my only regret its have buying my car at Bretts, and had taken my car for service with them, really unhappy with the service, they just try to make you feel like crap, but if anyone wants to find out, go ahead, wishing you luck.
