NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!!!!! It is not worth the $5 savings on an oil change. I have never had problems with my Chevy Astro van until I had my oil changed at this establishment. I had gotten my oil changed here 6/10/11 (just before leaving town on a roadtrip, or I never would have stopped here) & on 7/03/11 my car broke down. I could not drive it longer than 10 miles before the brakes woul... view mored lock up. The mechanic`s shop showed me how they found power steering fluid in my brake fluid reservoir, I could actually see the power steering fluid in the brake fluid like oil sitting on top of water. The mechanic said it takes 1 week to a month after putting the fluid in before I would see problems. My entire brake system had to be flushed & my master cylinder had to be replaced. The only people to have access to the brake fluid was Golden Tire & Auto. I confronted them about this issue & they advised me that I could not prove it was them because I didn`t see them do it (even though there is a huge sign stating that customers are not allowed to enter the garage) & then banned me from ever coming back on their property. They were condescending, "kept calling me sweetie & honey" & then had the nerve to ask why I just didn`t do the oil change myself. They also said that they get complaints from customers everyday & don`t compensate those customers (which didn`t make me feel any better) so they would not compensate me. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. Ben & Raj, the only two employees that work there, could obviously care less about their customers. I was originally giving them the benefit of the doubt that the power steering fluid was put in there by mistake but now I am convinced that they sabotaged my van so they could get me to come back & pay them $1000 in repairs. This cost me $277 in repairs from a very reputable mechanic to have fixed. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF CAR REPAIRS & THE HASSLE - NEVER EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON - IT WILL ALWAYS COST YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
