Head Straight to A&G...Just Try Not to Break the Speed Limit

Regrettably, the past year was not too kind to my beloved Honda. Whether I was commuting to work or simply kept the car parked outside, accidents were always hot on my heels, or should I say `my wheels`? The worst among them occurred when an unsuspecting woman tried to illegally cross Lincoln Way near 18th Ave in the middle of rush hour traffic. I had to swerve to my left to avoid hitting her, violently slamming m... view morey rocker panel against the traffic island as I sped away to avoid colliding with oncoming traffic. The protruding cement left a huge concavity in the underbelly of my car, leaving it in a drivable, albeit very grotesque condition. I was under no illusions: the damage to my car was severe, and the repair bill could potentially run into the thousands. Worse still, I would have to pay for it out of pocket, due to a lack in my policy coverage. This is where A & G Auto Body came to my rescue. Oleg, the shop`s owner, was the only one who was willing to undertake a complicated procedure, whereby the damaged part would have to be hammered back into shape BY HAND and then remolded using putty! This, alone, helped shave more than a thousand dollars off my repair bill! As I`ve stated earlier, I had other damage on my car. The passenger side door had a deep elongated dent that DentPro techs could not repair using their tools, and no shop in SF was willing to touch for less than a $1000. To top it off, my right fender was badly damaged and the front bumper had to be replaced. To help put everything into perspective, at least a third of my car had to be repainted, and I`m very glad to say that Oleg was completely up to the challenge. As often happens, there is more to the story than meets the eye. During the process of the repairs, it was revealed that the previous body shop had used glue under the hood instead of replacing the hood bracket as the job had called for. I was stunned: Oleg not only caught this atrocity, but replaced the part for free!!! If that`s not going the extra mile for your customer, I don`t know what is. In an industry wrought with shoddy workmanship, A & G Autobody stands head and shoulders above the competition. Not only was the job completed well ahead of schedule, the car looks better than I would have ever imagined -- all for a fraction of the cost! The gleaming reviews on Yelp are entirely well-deserved. If you ever end up needing body work on your automobile, I would unhesitatingly suggest A & G Autobody as a clear alternative to all your repair needs.

Incredible Auto Body Repair Experience

Anyone looking for a reputable autobody shop in San Francisco, please call Oleg at 415.921.6543. After having my BWM 745i sideswipped a few months ago, I began to acquire bids for repairs. Oleg came highly recommended from my tire guy and after sitting with Oleg to discuss repairs, I felt extremely comfortable. Not only was his pricing below all competitors, my car was ready after four days and Oleg even work... view moreed out a payment plan. My car actually looks better than when I first purchased a year ago and Oleg as able to get the work done for half of what others were quoting. The staff was extremely friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable due to my lack of automobile knowledge. They were working on several different makes and models of cars so I assume they can handle any type of body work.

I would highly recommend A and G to anyone needing body work or having an automobile question. Before signing on with a competitor, please give Oleg a call first.

Wonderful, no stress AT ALL

My Toyota Echo was totally swiped on the right side. I had to have the side mirror, panels and molding replaced. I went to A&G based on previous reviews and I`m glad that I did. Oleg was friendly and flexible. He matched my estimate and got my car back to me in 5 days, just like he said he would. THE BEST! Do NOT go anywhere else!

Simply great at what they do. The work is fast & very well done. Great customer service. Oleg, Mike and the entire crew treated me like a friend from the first moment. They even detailed my car. Fair, quick & honest, charged me less than their estimate and even made me laugh. Which is not easy after you have crunched the front end of your car. YEAH A & G!

Outstanding Work - Cool People

I showed up with a damaged tailgate on my `01 Ford Ranger. The guys were so easy to work with I ended up fixing some front end damage as well. Olag gave me an incredible deal on the whole package, and the quality was top-notch. Honest, friendlyand highly skilled is a great description for this business. And no I am not a friend of the owners, just a happy customer.

great experience

I got some work done on a car that would cost a lot of $$$. They helped bring the cost down but it did not affect the quality of work. They can help do anything that you might need and are very friendly about it. Oh yeah and mention Dave from USF if you go down there, never hurts.
