best car sales experience of my life
Meghan is an excellant sales person, informative but never pushy. I went in with a preapproved loan and Noe in financing was able to get me a way better loan. All of the various managers introduced themselves and welcomed me to the Lancaster Honda family. They were quick, efficient and had great coffee. I usually hate buying a car but this experience was great!!

I have heard good things about Lancaster Honda`s sales staff and figured that the same could be said for the service staff. I was WRONG. Long story short, I took my car in under warranty to get the transmission replaced the AC serviced...I have been back THREE times so far for the same two issues and keep being told it`s all fixed. This completely reaffirms all the negative stereotypes of dealerships being either laz... view morey, incompetent, doing whatever will make them the most money, or a combination. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service(or lack thereof) that I have experienced here. I`ll never be back.

The Service "Flew" Since "02"
Prior to "02" this was a great dealership service wise. Since about the latter part of 2002, it`s really gone downhill. If you are unfortunate enough to have to use them, be sure BEFOREHAND to remind them to at least assure themselves that the SERVICE LIGHT is off after "serviceing" and GOOD LUCK!!

Excellent
The best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales person was not pushy, yet very knowledgeable. The sales manager was friendly, not pushy and very people oriented. The finance manager was the best. No pressure to add on a lot of useless junk. They were all willing to meet and exceed the cars direct internet price. The best part - - I was in and out in 2.5 hours and I felt good about the deal. It took me 8 hou... view morers of argueing with a Toyota dealer when we bought our Camry.
