Jack has been extremely helpfu...

Jack has been extremely helpful to me. I bought an old Volvo and thought it needed a new transmission. Jack actually took my car, with me in it, for a drive down the highway. I have never had a serviceman do this. He told me straight away that I did not need a new transmission, flushed it and put in new fluid, it runs perfectly. Every single time I have needed Jack`s help he has been there for me, and not once h... view moreas he ever tried to make money off of me. He has fixed my car with only what needed to be done, and showed me every single time exactly what he did and why. I am very grateful to Jack and will always admire and respect him for helping me so many times. Bless you, Jack!!!

Stay away! Jack is a rip off a...

Stay away! Jack is a rip off artist when it comes to used Mercedes parts. He charges the same price for a used part as new. And if you call him on it he says go somewhere else and buy it. That`s exactly what he told me after I told him I drove almost 4 hours to his shop. He doesn`t guarantee any electrical components. He says he has what you are looking for then says bring the old one to make sure its the right part.... view more Then you get there and says he has to go pull it out of a car so he can match it. WTF! I thought I was getting a new part the way he looked up the part number and said he surely has it. Are people falling for his B.S.? I hope not. I`m sure he can repair your Mercedes. But is he replacing your defective part with one he pulled out of a wreck he has out back? Then charges you for a new one? Makes you wonder. He seems like a kindly old man till he knows he`s got you by the balls then he works you. I tried to shake his hand and thank him for his great service. But to no avail. Maybe his hands were too dirty from pulling parts. I left empty handed. It cost me $100.00 round trip in expenses from Las Vegas to Littlerock , Calif. OH! And only 7.5 hours of driving time. Happy Friday the Thirteenth for me!
