BAD SERVICE!!!!

I purchased a set of wheels and tires from this shop. Made an appointment 4 days later to have the wheels installed on the car. First was sold a 225/45R18 tire. When the day for the install came, they didn`t have any in stock. So, I was told to go with a 225/40R18 tire otherwise I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the install. They knew for 4 days I was going to be in and they are a tire shop. They couldn`t order ahea... view mored of time or transfer from another one of their stores? The wheels they ordered was not the correct bolt pattern for my car. They pattern was off by 7m.m. Why they didn`t order the rims with the correct bolt pattern I do not know. The manufacturer makes the rims with the correct bolt pattern. When the patteren is not the same, your are suppose to run hub centric rings on the rim. This helps to keep the wheels from vibrating and causing the steering wheel to shake. Next, the installer was complaing that he wanted to go home. So he slopped through the install and gouged 3 of the 4 rims on the lip of the rims. When I confronted the management staff on this, they said that it is not their fault and that it is my responsibility to take care of this. This shop has bad customer service. Lazy staff. Avoid at all costs. I will not be doing any work with this shop ever again and will make it a point to let people know how this shop does business and treats its customers.
