The worst car service

They are the worst. They lost my key and it took them 1.5 weeks to find it! No apology. 5 months later they tried to remove my car from warranty because they didn`t know what happened to it, and tried to claim that I never change oil! If you have a car warranty go to OC Volvo, don`t go to Power Volvo, Irvine.

Negligent Stalling and Holier Than Thou

I had my car serviced, and found them a lot of hot air. And then, when I blew my engine - they totally blew ME OFF ... I asked for service records from Ron Vartanain the GM, and never got an answer until I wrote RON SPECK the GM Of Volvo North America. Then, i got the records which showed my thermostat was fine... dashboard gauge was fine... Then how why did i over heat and blow the head? Volvo Irvine

I have had the best service experience at Power Volvo Irvine. I have been taking my Volvo there for a long time and have seen a real change in the service dept. There has been a new manager there for a while and he seems to be moving the place in a new direction. There is a guy that meets you when you drive in (I think his name is Carl) and he is great. The work always gets done and I can really trust the recomme... view morendations they give me. My car gets washed and I feel really good about driving my car. I highly recommend buying a Volvo and getting any work done at the Irvine dealership.
