straight-forward and honest

After dealing with a pushy sales person at the Nissan dealership down the street, I had no desire to talk to any salesperson ever again. I looked up some cars on my phone and found that South Bay Volkswagen carry many Jettas. We decided to at least check them out. We were greeted by Hani and what a great first impression. I did`nt buy my 2008 VW GTI from South Bay VW, but they have been servicing it for about a year now, I have gotten to know one of the service advisors there pretty well, his name is Cesar Arango and if you have any V-Dub needs he`s the man to go see. I normally set up appointments for faster service, but I did have a emrgency situation with my car and had to have it checked out asap, I waited for only about an hour ... view moreand they wrapped up the problem I was having with my car and along I went. The waiting area was nice had a tv, drinks (16oz. Pepsi`s only .75 cents), magazines, and VW broshures. I had my Ipad with me and they do have wi-fi if you ask them for the password which was no problem and I just played a few games and returned emails. I have had several great visits there and thinking of taking my `05 Audi TT for normal service. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!

This was the best car buying experience ever. Bought my car from Hani. I recommend you to ask for him. I promise it will change your experience tremendously. He was so straight-forward and honest.
