THIEFS / WORST SERVICE EVER

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER IN YOUR LIFE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN $100!!! THEY SOLD ME SOME RIMS THAT MADE MY CAR FEEL LIKE SH*T SO I TOOK THEM BACK TO GET A REFUND AND SUM FAT MEXICAN WHO THINKS HES A BOSS TELLS ME THEYD CHARGE ABOUT 50% TO TAKE THEM BACK!!! Do not go here. This place is a joke. The owner has all these little puppets coming out to do all the talking. There service is horrible. I bought rims and tires here and spend over $1000. I needed the key to unlock my rims because I had a flat tire and of course the crank they gave me originally was not the correct size. So upon going in to the shop yesterday - I was told it would be $15 for the crank. Completely fr... view moreustrated because they should have given me it considering the other one I got was wrong. BUT whatever!! They are money hungry with no service skills, so I said fine. I then asked for a receipt because WHAT if it doesn?ˆ™t fit. The guy then tells me it will be $1 extra for a receipt. Really? Oh really? Needleless to say that it didn?ˆ™t fit and I will never ever go to this establishment again. Service sucks! I am sure that immigration should be called into this place as they are more than likely employing un authorized individuals. I have never been to an establishment that was so unfair and clearly did not care about the service they provided! Beware!!! no matter how cheap the tires are YOU will have to come back and they will charge you just to walk on their property! Did I mention there service is HORRIBLE?

Noah is a Con Artist. He check`s to see if you know their online prices by asking if you have a "quote yet" to see if you know the prices. You can find their advertisment prices now at http://noahstireshop.com. They go by Noah`s tire shop now even though the building where the tires are in still says Leo`s. I had been sending many people to the shop because 1. They have good prices and 2. You are in and out... view more cause they are super fast. Which is why I have been going there for 10 years now and sending everyone I know there. I didn`t bother to check the online prices cause I am fairly familiar with their prices. Noah priced the wheels and tires I was looking at (18`s)and quoted me 650.00. I thought the tires were too low of a profile so I asked for a bigger tire. He says that will be 50.00 more and I say ok do it. So total should be 700.00 I was ok with that. Now after all the work is done the price is 750.00 he claims he quoted me 100.00 for the bigger tires and my daughter heard him say 50.00 dollar`s too. But he insisted it was 100.00. He acted like I was trying to rip him off. To me it wasn`t even a money issue it was the principle. If your gonna quote someone a rate remember it or simply use the same rate every time so you wont have to try and remember what you quoted. I get home one hour later and check their website out and sure enough I was the one that got ripped off. For the wheels and tires I got it should have been 439.00. So if my math is right and it is. He ripped me off 261.00 off his advertising price. I called to let him know that I appreciated how he tried tried to make me feel like I was ripping him off when in fact he was the one ripping me off. Never again will I buy from him or recommend him as well. I tried to see if he would do the right thing and he didn`t even want to talk with me about it. That`s bad for business in my book big time. I was even telling him how my daughters grandma needed new tires when we were there and I was gonna bring her car in to have it done. I let him know he lost out on that sale.

Leos stay away

I went to Leo`s because I heard they have cheap prices. I was quoted $1800 for 26`s, mounted and everything. I went up there with 1800 cash. They charged me 80 dollars which was cool to change my tire sensors out. Then as they began to put on my rims, they tell me my lugs don`t fit with the rims. now they have to charge me $50 dollars to put them on new lugs they have. I told them I didn`t have the money so they said if you leave your stock tires and rims, bring the money back and we will give you r tires back. I told them I will be back in two weeks. I come back with the cash. They tell me they do not know where my tires are. So I told them they have to get me some more or pay for my rims and tires. I demanded that they need to do something and the guy refuses to help. The owner refuses to assist so they will pay rather they like or not. I am going to make sure of that. I cannot stand sheisty people. The customer services sucks, the people are rude and unless you putting money in their pocket. thats the only time they are nice. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a suit.

the worse experience I got when doing business with them

First I bought from Leo tire shop 4 custom rims and tires made from china cost $1000. look nice , but for 2 months my son car have problem with those, easy to bend and no good handling, tires worn out fast. I have to put back the original rim and tire ,( lucky that I still have them most people forget or think that they never need them again!!!!! ) but to put the original back I need one used tire and again I ... view morego to LEO bough the used tire $30 for my son car,my son bring back the next day when it leak air , they check said the rim was the problem paid additinal $20 ,the next day my son bring back because it leak again ,he the owner said the tire was not his. ????? he even want to fight and push me out of his shop in front of lot of people and in front of my two kid . what happen , when you lose temper for some thing like that? ....this bad expr will be with me for long time. This shop is one of the best for me they have good prize and waiting time was minimum and friendly stuff every body is respectfully and like i said good prize.
