My boyfriend and I went to get a car here because we had pretty bad credit but we figured we would try and see what we could find. The sales lady was nice and the process was great. My boyfriend is a mechanic and has worked on cars for years so we tested everything about the car before we even thought about buying it. We had had previous issues with a car with a bad transmission and a bad engine so we wanted to make ... view moresure that we didn`t have any of those issues again. He drove it and pushed the transmission to test it. It had no issues and we didn`t see any other issues so we bought it. The day we took it home the transmission and engine light came on. They had given us a joke of a warranty of 30 days and they would pay half of the labor, even if you just drove it off the lot 30 minutes earlier. We checked the transmission oil and it didn`t seem to have any issues so we just cleared the code since it wouldn`t go past 25 mph. We went back for some GPS tracker from the bank to be put onto our car a few weeks later. Their mechanic drove our car like a race car driver in the parking lot, turned the key and pulled the handle at the same time, and stunk up our car all in just 10 minutes. So obviously I was not going to have this guy work on our transmission for $1,500. My boyfriend did a transmission service on the car and found metal shards in the oil pan. The car sat for 2 months until we could afford to replace the transmission. We finally got the car back and running and we thought our troubles were behind us... Think again... Within the last two weeks we replaced the oil and since then we have had this knocking/clicking noise coming from the car. My boyfriend finally was able to look at it and told me it was the engine and he said that they must have put a heavy weight oil in it so it wouldn`t make the noise when we bought it. So no I do not recommend buying a car from here. I recommend trying to get a certified used car through a dealer and if you can`t afford it/your credit is too bad then pick up a crappy car near the border that will last you a year and make it so you can clean up your credit and save up.
