I took my vehicle in to get some suspension work done. Everything was fine when we took the vehicle in. But when we got in it to drive it away there was an entirely new problem with the car. We couldn`t even drive it down the street without it jerking violently. We took it back it to Valley Ford and apparently another problem had "come up"... Unrelated to the suspention work they did and they soaked us... view more for another $500. They even charged us twice for just diagnosing both "problems" It all seemed pretty shady. Even the suspension work we had done. It really doesnt look like they replaced anything that they charged us for.

WORST SERVICE DEALERSHIP I HAV...
WORST SERVICE DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. In my opinion Valley Fords service department is the worst. I had a rear wheel bearing seal repaired with them, and between the multiple leaks I had to take it back for, it only lasted about three months, they replaced it again and again it leaked and had to go back, It failed eight months later, for the third time and I decieded to take it to a different dealership... view more for repairs, and they told me the bearing was visably bad and that is why the seal continued to leak. If you want your repairs done correctly do yourself a favor and find another dealership to go to. Valley Ford is not only unqualified to make the repairs, they won`t help you when their work fails, The third redo on the wheel bearing seal cost me another $569.00 and when I called Valley to get some assistance I was turned down flat.

Buyer beware. The salespeople here are liars
Bought a used Nissan PU truck here at Valley Ford. There were a few items that needed repair. The salesman David said he would make sure they were taken care of, which he never did! After purchasing the vehicle I tried contacting him to get the repairs done, he never responded to my request. DO NOT buy a vehicle here. Place lacks integrity!

Great Experience
My husband and I went shopping for vehicles on a Saturday afternoon. We stopped at a few dealerships and they either didn`t have what we were lookling for or had annoying salespeople. Valley Ford Lincoln had what we were looking for plus a helpful, respectful, and informative sales team! No pressure and class through and through. My husband and I were flabbergasted how easy the process was. Thank You so much Vall... view moreey Ford. I love my new Explorer

Greatest Experience Ever!!!!
This was such a easy experience! We had been looking for a new car for some time now and were still undecided on the ""right "" car. We met our salesman ____ and he introduced himself. We asked him if we could look around for a while and he said sure, everyhting is unlocked so you can get into whatever we wanted. After a while of looking, my wife has lots of questions. Our salesperson answered all our questons and wh... view moreat he didnt know he actually went and looked up the answer! Usually the sales guy just makes something up on the spot, we really appreciated his honesty and willingness to get it right. We ended up getting a car that day and they even found us an extra rebate that we qualified for!! Was a great day and we got a great car, it even had Bluetooth!

Avoid This dealer
WORST DEALER EVER. I had a car shipped here for pick up; I have never been treated so badly. The ""Sales Manager"" lied to my face, kept me waiting in the lobby with my 15 month old son (no they were not busy) for over an hour and a half, telling his sales person that ""she can wait I am busy"". I was treated so bad that one of their own sales people came to me and apologized stating that they could not believe wh... view moreat I had been put through. I purchased this new car that I had custom built, and paid them $350 to ""deliver"" it to me. Their idea of delivering it to me was handing me the keys and saying ""read the owners manual"". I did not get anyone to show me how to use my car until my father-n-law, who sells Fords by the way, called them and set them straight. I intend to write a letter to the owner of the dealership and to Ford directly and I am floored at the way my husband and I were treated. Only reason I have not yet, is that I fear retaliation and there are problems with my new car that need to be fixed. But rest assured, normal maintenance will not be done at this dealership. I take all of my cars to another dealership, a GM dealership even though they are Fords as their service is bar none compared to this dealer. Even more surprising is that both this Ford dealer and the GM dealer I go to are owned by the same person!!!

Service department no good.
Took my f-250 for a low power issue and overheating. Stated oil cooler plugged and did a vc-9 flush on my system and did not address power problem. Went to tow and low power issue still there and overheating. Took second time and they replaced head gaskets and oil cooler. They stripped a valve cover base hole next to turbo exhaust up pipe and did not repair it potentially causing oil leak onto hot exhaust pipe and oi... view morel fire. They forgot to tighten intake manifold bolt and oil filter base bolt. Misplaced a main chassis bolt that secures cab to frame up front potentially increasing injuries during a crash. Found bolt crushed under passenger side battery. Damaged battery case and could have caused acid leak or electrical battery fire! During replacement of oil cooler damaged oil valley filter screen which then damaged IPR screen. Claimed to have cleaned turbo but subsequent tear down of turbo revealed they had not cleaned it or followed TSB for low power issues. Turbo has excessive radial play and a severely worn unison ring indicating it has been sticking over a long period of time and should have been replaced. Dealer dropped the ball on diagnostic of bad turbo and failed to clean turbo as stated while under warranty. I believe they may have even charged Ford work they did not perform. Truck went out of warranty while in their shop and now service department director will not replace turbo even though that has been the problem all along. They have endangered my family and myself. I do not recommend that stealership!

Valley ford Hanford lied and cheated me on a new mustang GT500
Hello, Everyone I just wanted to make a point about this dealership! I first thought I was getting a good deal when originally buying this mustang. I drove over 4 hours from the bay area. After the deal was done I asked the salesman ( X------ ) to get me a Oasis report. This is a report that ford keeps on all cars and trucks. After a week and a half on getting excuese`s I decided to go to my local dealer and get a pu... view morell for myself. You would not beleive what was found on this car. Not only was this car damaged in shipping and was Repainted it had the transmission replaced, and ding damage on right rear quater and I was never told when buying this car! Any average person that i know would walk from a car like this. I was very hurt and upset about this and called the dealer stressing that i felt I had been ripped off. They directed me to the Manager ( X--------) after over a month of going back and fourth they told me sorry they can`t do anything. I was asking for a good faith refund of 3,000 otherwise I didnt want this car. They decided to turn there back on a customer and rip someone off! Now thats shady. I have blanked the names as I am consulting with a lawyer on my next action against this dealership. So please do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! buyer beware!

Automotive Service Sucks!
I`ve made the mistake of taking three of my vehicles here here to get repaired probably in three year intervals. They have never done a job well! I can`t believe I`ve given them soo much business. Once, I even hired a tow truck to tow my vehicle out of there as they kept promising to fix my vehicle in which they could not find a problem with. Idiots! Never again!
