Brian did what he said he would at the price he quoted me. I had an appointment for wed at 8:30 am. he called me on tue to ask if i could come in at 2:00 pm or reschedual as he was having trouble with another job. I still can`t believeHow amazing this guy is I have a 2007 Lexus RX400H and I needed a 90K service on it badly (I was at 120K) A good friend who works at a Toyota dealership said he`d do it for $2200.00. He claimed it would take 2 days and is difficult. Putnam Lexus: 2 grand to do it. I called and asked if he had done a 90K on a lexus? "Yup, sure have" then he quoted me $795 OUT THE DOOR!!!! I`m thinking there`s no way he`s gonna do this. But I went for it. Let me tell you people. Brian is EVERYTHING everyone else is saying. I was in at 8AM and out at 4PM. He had a box of parts by his desk and went through everything thoroughly. He even offered to wash the car. all for $795. I will NEVER go any where else... EVER! I`m so glad I called Brian about getting a clutch changed. The price he quoted was quite reasonable, but since I had a quote from another shop that was lower, he offered to price match the quote! The shop is clean and organized, he seems to be a very sharp, meticulous and conscientious technician. The car was done on time and he even washed and vacuumed it when he was done. I have a 2007 Toyota Prius and...

I have a 2007 Toyota Prius and I used to get it serviced at the dealership. I have not heard great things about the Toyota dealers in this area and a friend recommended Toy Auto Clinic. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, haven`t we all, but Brian at Toy Auto Clinic is personable and helpful. His prices are better than the dealership and I really felt like he listened to me and asked the right q... view moreuestions. He took the time to look the car over while I was there and answer my concerns and questions. He didn`t have the part on site and had to get it from a dealer because Prius parts are still hard to find, but he had it at his shop in the time it took me to walk down the street and have lunch. (at most half an hour) Prior to this repair, I called to find out if it was something they could do because everyone was telling me I HAD to go to the dealer for a Prius repair, but he was helpful and answered my questions and told me to come in any time. I didn`t feel that I was getting the brush off that dealers often give you on the phone. Great service, friendly, helpful, great prices. Even though this is a little far from my house, this is where I am taking my car for all repairs from now on!

Going to a mechanic can be an expensive and stressful event. I have been taking my Toyota Camry to the dealer because they use original parts and have certified techs. However, during my last service at Toyota they quoted me over 800 dollars on repairs! What? Does it need a new engine? I decide to get a second opinion and I am glad I did. Palo Alto Toyota owners need to come here for repairs!

I`ve been going to the dealer for the past 7 years that I`ve had my Toyota Corolla. I know, biggest mistake ever, but I have this thing, where I just don`t feel confident that another autoshop can do the job right! After 7 years, lots and lots of money spent, I realized that each and every time I get an oil change, something is wrong with my car! So testing the waters I decided to go against my own personal reservations and try Toy Auto Clinic. It has been the best decision I`ve made thus far. Brian was so awesome, straight forward, honest, and overall a real nice guy. Knew his work and totally put his trust in my hands. Like a real mechanic should. I originally got an estimate from Toyota 101 of $400, which is insane and not within my budget. And, when I asked for an estimate of the same exact work, I got a quote of $175, which is less than half of what Toyota was asking of me! Plus, they insured me they used the same parts as the dealer. OMG! I was sold. I`m happy to be supporting a local business! You should do it too :)

Brought in my Lexus RX300 for ...

Brought in my Lexus RX300 for a check engine light problem. They checked and diagnosed my problem for free. Brian answered all my questions and surprisingly he encouraged me to call the dealer and other shops to insure the quote was competitive. I ended up doing the work with them and now I am off to a check only smog station. Thanks Toy Auto Clinic!

I took my `96 Toyota Tercel here for a clutch job on a friend`s recommendation. My first impression of the shop was that it`s very clean. The tech was also very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what was going on in terms I could actually understand. When I got my car back, I was very pleased with the work.
