Autobahn Motors, is completely unethical and dishonest. You`ll buy a car there, then have to deal with complete morons trying to make unauthorized repairs on your vehicle, then trying to collect $3K ++ again, for non authorized work they preformed. THEN when you complain about it, they`ll place your name on a black balled list, and will REFUSE to have you bring your car in again for servicing. The worst auto service in the bay area
I took my car in to order a small piece of molding on a Saturday. I waited 20 min at the counter to talk to the ordering person. I was told that is how it is on a Saturday since they are short staff.
I came back 3 days later to pick up the part, I realized that it didn;t fit. The person who ordered the part did not order a clip which is needed for proper installation. That took another 20 min. They asked me... view more to pay another $4.99 for the clip and come back in a few days. I told them NO. I am not interested in coming back ever again. The outfit should not be in business since they don;t care about their clients at all.

DISHONESTY is there policy
told to take car home with agreed price, showed my wife, brought car back next morning, that evening was told they will not honor the price, phenominal. then was told by salesperson that ""I"" put the dealership in a unfair position.
