Normally I hate buying a car and this experience has been the most pleasent yet.....very surprising! This is my 13th car so I have gone car shopping alot and I will come back Buena Park Nissan and Harold Turner was my sales rep...he really went out of his way and calls me to keep follow up and make sure that I am happy...

Have an older model and I appreciated the list of recommended work thay my vehicle needed. There was not a lot of pressure to fix everything in that moment. Follow up phone call from dealer was fiendly and anwered all my questions.

Service was exceptional

Service was expectional, but no one called me to let me know my car was ready. I had to call first. The girls in customer service were TERRIFIC! they even retrieved my coffee mug when I left it in courtesy van and washed it for me when i came to get it. Awesome service! Thank you!

Great Experience

Great experience overall. Bernard was my sales guy and he was wonderful.. even entertained my 4 year old daughter while we took care of the paperwork. The dealership worked incredibly hard to get me in the car with the payment I needed without feeling pressured! Josh, the fiannce manager was great to work with felt he was honest and not just trying to sell unnecessay services.
