I have been having issues with my automatic running boards since July. When we first took it in, we were told they did not have the equipment to diagnose the problem and that since the dealership had changed hands, they would not cover it under our extended warranty. They suggested we take it to the Chevy dealership We did. They diagnosed the problem and said that the Chrysler Dealership should honor my extended w... view morearranty and repair the issue as they were still Chrysler. We went back to Chrysler. They said they would not honor the warranty as the dealership had changed hands. They then suggested maybe the BMW dealership could assist us. The BMW dealership looked into the issue and said it was covered under warranty and that Chrysler should honor it. So, back to them we went. They diagnosed the problem and said they were going to order the part. Then for some reason we had to bring it in again for another check. After this appointment, they confirmed the original diagnosis and said the part was discontinued and it also wasn`t covered under the extended warranty. Considering both Chevy and BMW said it was covered, I strongly believe it`s an expensive fix and they just don`t want to cover it. This is beyond ridiculous and a waste of my time. They should fix my car, end of story!

Took my ram 3500 in for an oil leak (rear main seal). When I left the shop a mile down the road I stoped to look under my truck. The bottom of the bell housing was missing. Went back to get the rest of my truck. When I got home (100 miles) still have the same oil leak.

Very unfortunate experience - Be warned
I`m a pretty easy going guy and I`m willing to have some patience with respect to a car purchase and/or service. However, I will NEVER buy a vehicle from the Valencia Jeep Dodge ""Superstore"" nor take it for service there ever again. Be warned because it could be very costly to you.
I purchased a ""certified pre-owned"" 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Valencia Jeep Dodge. By ""certified pre-owned,"" I reasonably believed... view more that the car was functioning and had been checked out. Further, the car simply wasn`t that old.
As it turns out, the car had apparently been stripped of parts (a headrest, the floor mats and the manual). I purchased the vehicle at night, so I gave it a cursory inspection resting my belief in good faith dealing on the ""certified pre-owned"" part of things.
Undisclosed - and critical - was the fact that the Jeep Wrangler had an intermittent starting problem. My daughter and I took the newly acquired vehicle 120 miles from home and got stranded. This was on the second day of ownership. We had planned to take a trip to a remote part of Death Valley and thank God we didn`t as the Jeep would intermittently not start.
I spent all of New Year`s Eve 2011 at the service center trying to figure out what was wrong with the car. (As it turns out a lot of Wranglers are plagued with this problem.) A secondary negative battery cable seems to have solved the problem, but I`m still cautious with being too remote until it has had some time to prove itself.
In any event, all I wanted was a set of floor mats, the manual and the head rest. I tried to have a good attitude about things and be understanding. Clearly, that is a mistake because it`s perceived weakness with this crowd. I was put off and put off and finally had to buy my own parts that were missing from the car.
The attitude here is a pretty good degree of thuggery. There`s a thug mentality at this place. Unless it has to do with putting enough money in someone`s pocket AT THAT MOMENT, they don`t want to deal with the issue.
The follow up is terrible and it`s disturbing that they would let a car go that would become stranded. After all, where do you take a Jeep Wrangler, but out in the boonies.
Unfortunately, this is common for the Valencia area. Don`t bother coming up here to buy a car. It`s a mistake. All you have to do is drive down Creekside and see that it looks like a ghost town with empty auto dealerships. This is from the effects of arrogance and nastiness endemic of this place. I`m sure you can find a better deal and less of a thug mentality at an auto dealership closer to Los Angeles.
Bum deal - but people should know. I`m just thankful we didn`t get stuck somewhere where our lives would have been endangered.

DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE!!!!
Hubby and I leased two vehicle from Valencia Dodge both in 2007. One 2007 Ram 2500 and the other brand new 2008 Dodge Avenger. Times got tough as it has for most, we did the lease agreement to the fullest and returned the Avenger. I cleaned the car before we returned it in June of 2010 (that`s a 39 month lease). We return the vehicle in mint condition and a few days early, at that. We did our part and called Ch... view morerysler Financial (we will never do business with them ever again) told them that we had turn the Dodge Dealership in Valencia. The person who is to document this in our file DID NOT DO THEIR JOB. Our turn in fee is $425.00, fine. Valencia Dodge let the car sit in their back lot that faces Magic Mountain Parkway for 2 months. They DID NOT DO THEIR JOB! They DID NOT inform the Chrysler Financial that the car was in their possession. So, now the manager will NOT DO HIS JOB and help us resolve this matter. And the Dodge financial guy , is no longer there is over at another dealership. No one will help us resolve this problem. DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never will we buy another Dodge and we are getting rid of the truck we kept.

Cartoon Characters
This place is a joke! Lets start with the General Manager Cyrus the cowardly lion who is afraid to return customer calls. Next we will move over to finance with PJ the pizza eating pig who can`t type the deal until lunch is over and his partner/now replacement Brian the baby who is so thin skinned he hangs up on customers when challenged on a legal issue regarding fraud commited by this dealership and his departmen... view moret.
This morning they showed up at my daughters home banging on the door at 8am. They demanded she surrender the vehicle. This is the 24th day since she took delivery. They sent out a recision letter she didn`t recieve until today when she walked to the post office. The letter was postmarked one day past the 10 day legal recission.

sleazy unethical car dealer
I first spoke to Derrick in the fleet dept on March 26th. We were trying to find our 24yr old a 2008 jeep liberty. They were informed from the start that our daughter was credit challenged but had a co signer. We stressed that point to them and told them not to release the car to her until the loan was a done deal. On the 29th of March they told her to come sign papers and pick up her new Jeep. On April 7th, PJ c... view morealled and requested check stubs. On April 20th they called and demanded the car be returned stating PJ had been fired and that the car was not funded. Today Apriil 22nd they showed up banging on her apartment door like gestapo demanding she give them the car keys. The recission letter was postmarked on the 11th day. WE ARE FILING A LAWSUIT AND SEEKING DAMAGES FROM THESE CHARACTERS.
AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY ARE PART OF THE REASON CHRYSLER IS FACING BANKRUPTCY

no ethics
My Review:
My wife spoke to Roberto and he promised to get her the color jeep with all the options she wanted. Well that didn`t happen but he said he could give us a great deal on a jeep in stock , 1 of 5 2008`s , no 2009`s in stock. Ok she settled for this jeep because she was set on the color.
During negotiations another couple was looking at the same vehicle. Roberto assured us that they were not intrested in ... view morethis vehicle. After agreeing on a price we filled out the credit application. The salesman came back and told us that the other couple bought the vehicle. SORRY,,, I walked over to them and they were still negoticating on a price they were not aware of all of chryslers incentives. Of course they had not signed a credit app. yet but had settled on $3000.00 more then us.
Sounds like a silent auction had I been told this I would not have bargained as my wife really wanted this Jeep.
Did I stay no way I would rather give my business to any other dealership.
This salesman ROBERTO R. not only needs a class on ethics but all his collegues need to be aware of what he tells some hispanics. He actually gave my wife the pitch that she`s hispanic so is he and NO WHITE GUY AT HIS DEALERSHIP WILL BOTHER TO HELP YOU HERE THE WAY A HISPANIC WILL REMEMBER YOUR NOT WHITE NIETHER AM I. As veteran who served 8 years in the USMC after all was said and done I felt like reminding this pigeon Roberto what country he lives in and company he works for.
