Rude, refused to tow car

I recently contacted AAA because my car wouldn`t start (signs indicate it`s either a defective battery or the alternator). Delta was unfortunately the tow truck that was selected. He was rude, yelling from the very beginning of the conversation. And even with the make, model, color and plate # - in a parking lot of about 20 cars - said he couldn`t find mine and was `driving around for a long time looking for it! Funn... view morey enough, the automated call from AAA stating the driver was on his way came less than 3 minutes before we arrived to meet the driver. So was he driving around for a whole 3 minutes? He was able to jump start the car, but with concerns that it would die on the drive to the mechanic, it was requested that he tow it to be safe. HE REFUSED TO TOW THE CAR. After arguing for about 15 min, it was towed to the shop. There he continued screaming - even at the owner of the shop! The shop mentioned that every time they see this driver he`s screaming at everyone - customer, mechanic, shop owner, etc. I filed a complaint w/ AAA hoping that this company is removed from their list of towing agencies used.

Awful service

The tow truck driver refused to tow my car. I would avoid them since that is here main job. He also was very poor at listening to what I was trying to tell him.
