these guys are the best deal in the tri counties. i took my jeep in to get the front seats redone. they came out looking better than new. they also fixed my soft top. prices are nothing but fair!

Nice Folks, Poor Quality

I always find it hard to write poor reviews when the service is good but the quality is not. This is the case with Mena`s .

The folks at Mena`s are super nice and will try to please in anyway they can, but in the end, the quality was very poor. I had my seats repaired and covered. It took a week and when I picked my vehicle up, I found the driver`s side seat cover would not stay in place and the stitching... view more and zipper on the back were misaligned.

I took the vehicle back and was told there would be no problem repairing it. After the vehicle was returned to me the second time, I found that not only were the original problems not corrected, but there were now new problems. By the time I got the vehicle home, the driver`s side seat side panel had come loose and will no longer stay in place. After two days of driving the vehicle, this morning the internal lumbar bracket bracket broke.

Both times the vehicle was returned to me full of dust; they roll the windows down and leave it sitting with the wind blowing near a dirt field. Both times the vehicle was returned to me, I found at least four of the eight bolts to hold the seats to the floor completely loose. Sorry for the poor review but the quality was terrible.

Excellent

Mena restuffed my car seat for cheaper than anyone else would and did a terrific job. I highly recommend this shop.
