I have been a customer since 1992, I have always received wonderful service. The shop has competent repair techs and Steve is a delight to deal with. I would never think of going anywhere else. I have recommended F&P to all of my friends and family members.

Honest & Friendly

I have a 01 BMW X5. it was over heating. I had it towed in there on late Tue. afternoon. I talked to Steve. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. It was raining, he had someone drove me home. I got a estimation Wed. morning. The price was very good for a broken water pump and connecting hose. the car was ready to pick up on Thursday morning. The Best Mechanics in Pasadena

Fremont & Purdon is the best mechanic shop in the San Gabriel Valley. They know cars inside and out. They are trustworthy and will not begin work on your until car they speak with you about what needs to be done. JB

Good prices, Kind staff, Quality of Work

I`ve been going to Fremont and Purdon since about 2005, and have been very pleased with the pricing, the staff and quality of work. What`s most important to me is knowing I can trust Rick and Steve to give me the honest answer on what`s wrong with my car, without taking advantage of me. I used to price them out with auto dealerships and other repair facilities, and their prices are always much better. Great service, great prices

Have been going here for maybe 20 years, always get great service. Now that my kids are driving our old clunkers, I`m entirely confident that they`re safe. That kind of confidence is worth as many stars as I can give these guys. On top of great service, they are always very reasonable.

very impressed

F&P was a referral from a good friend who has been with them for several years. I am new in town and did not know who to trust. I took my car in and Steve from the second I walked in, till I picked up my car was wonderful, helpful, friendly and a charm. I would recommend anyone to them, they are great!

very unhappy

fremont and purdon was the worst auto exp. i have ever had.been going there for 2 yrs and its always the same thing.they never call me,i have to keep calling them.they never fix the problem,keep charging more to not fix the problem.or even worse,create new issues i never had. and then again wanting more money to fix a problem i never had and nobody there seems to know enough about the existing or newly created proble... view morem to logically explain the problem and solution. i have recently found out that the they charge dealer rates and use cheap parts.the owner rick has a really bad attitude and acts like he doesnt care about you or your car.i wouldnt waste you time with these guys

great shop

These guys are the full package. They took charge and handled all my concerns. They gave me ride to work and back. They found a problem which had been misdiagnosed by several other shops. What else can you ask for!

Honest and fair

I am a single mother who knows nothing about cars. I was recommended by a family member. I am so glad that I found them. Steve and Rick both are great. I was happy to get a ride home and a pick up after they finished. The car was fixed at a very fair price. I recommend them to everyone. oh, I should mention how clean there office and bathrooms are.

I have been to many auto repair shops in my life time. But Fremont & Purdon has been the best by far. They are knowlegable, fair, honest, and professional. When I drop off my car, they give me ride to work and pick me up when the work is complete. Steve, Rick and staff always have been great to deal with. When I call with questions, I get answers.
