GREAT WORK

I HAD AN ACCIDENT AROUND SIX O`CLOCK AT NIGHT. I CALLED A FRIEND AND THEY RECOMMENDED BELLS AND VAUGHN. SO I CALLED AS THEY WERE JUST LEAVING, BUT THE GIRL THERE SAID SHE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WAIT FOR ME. WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR SHE HAD A TOW TRUCK THERE AND THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO THE SHOP. WHEN I GOT THERE ENTERPRISE WAS CLOSED, SO THEY PERSONALLY GAVE ME A RIDE TO MY HOUSE, AND HAD ENTERPRISE PICK ME UP THE NE... view moreXT MORNING!!!!! I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST, BECAUSE I HAVE AN 07 MERCEDES S550. (NOW I DON`T KNOW TO MUCH ABOUT CARS, BUT I DON`T THINK YOU CAN TAKE THAT CAR JUST ANYWHERE) BUT WHEN I GOT TO THE SHOP THERE WERE A LOT OF HIGH END CARS, WHICH REALLY MADE ME FEEL BETTER. ANYWAY, IT DID TAKE A WHILE DUE TO THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE, BUT ONCE IT WAS READY, IT LOOKED AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I COULDN`T BELIEVE IT WAS THE SAME CAR!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE. WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE SHOP IT LOOKS LIKE A MODERN LAWYER`S OFFICE. YOU WOULDN`T GUESS IN A MILLION YEARS IT WAS A BODY SHOP. AND THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE, WELL MANNERED, NOT CREEPY, SUPER DOWN TO EARTH AND HONEST!! :) I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE, AND I REALLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!!!

A very negative experience

Bells and Vaughn took close to three months to complete the repairs on my car, despite the original time estimate being a little under two months. That was by far the least of my concerns, though. When I came to pick up my car, it was stained (oil on seats and floor) and scratched inside. Also, many of the details of the repairs were sloppy (some pieces were not properly attached or alligned, and certain minor job... view mores were half-finished). I requested that all incomplete jobs and damage inflicted during the repairs be corrected. The second time I came to pick up the car, several of the problems had still not been corrected. The manager was a very pleasant man, who unabashedly looked into my eyes as he minimized my concerns and made up stories about why there were still problems with my car. He tried to convince me that some of the more serious problems (front door of a brand new car did not close properly) were not really a serious problem. At the end, the car was not completely repaired, and I gave up requesting corrections, as I lost confidence in the management.
