Buying a used car is so stress...

Buying a used car is so stressful as is, but this place takes stress to a whole other level! I regret in the 20 min it took me to make the deal , I now have 2 years or more to deal with their crap until i pay this car off. After the first visit and sit down , I was told my credit was horrible, which is not all a lie it is kinda bad, but i should have been told the truth that not much help could be given to me, instea... view mored i got nothing but empty promises and 4 trips in gas from madera ca to fresno ca. I was told my down payment would work to get me back to the lot, that no other payment was needed "i promise mr mark tells me yes were name dropping. Imediately when i return to the lot, mark has lined up a whole new selection of cars , not what he knew i was interested in from the get go... after many headaches and feeling beat up over my credit not being good enough, i settle, THE ONE THING I SAID I WOULD NOT DO!.. AFTER BASICALLY BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND BLUE IN THE FACE ABOUT NOT GIVING MORE OF A DOWN PAYMENT THE DEAL IS MADE OH BUT 100 DOLLARS MORE A MONTH I REALLY WAS NOT PREPARED TO PAY. AFTER SIGNING MY LIFE AWAY, HE GIVES ME THE KEYS AND SAYS TO ME THIS NOW BEING THE MANAGER... HIS NAME IS KENNY. HE SAYS TO ME YOU HAVE INSURANCE FOR THIS VEHICLE RIGHT?... ME CONFUSED AS HELL SAY IM SORRY WHY WOULD I HAVE INSURANCE ON A VEHICLE I DIDN`T KNOW UNTIL TODAY I WAS GOING TO BUY?! KENNY SAYS TO ME IM SORRY YOU CANT DRIVE THIS CAR OFF THE LOT WITHOUT INSURANCE! I tell mr kenny who let me tell has such an attitutude its funny, I don`t want the car! This should be a great experience buying a car and all im left with is crap u have to give to me!... He then says to me I have my own insurance lady here who can get you in and out of here with the vehicle today... oh of course you do... let me just give you even more of my money!.... now does this not sound like a setup to you! How convenient you tell me I have to have insurance to drive off the lot and then you offer your own solution, which is give you more of MY money... SCAM! I tell him no tomorrow when monday rolls around and my insurance is open I will then set it up . I drive off the lot with out it ! 2 weeks later we get a call saying we need you back to resign a new contract becaus your financing did not go through ( after they tell me it did and I have the car) he tells me its a good thing were saving you money.. he saysu wont have to pay anything else at all!.. he saved me money in the end buy he added 10$ more to my bill...LIAR! I TELL THE MANAGER AND HE SEEMS TO HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT THE TRUTH MEANS AND HE CAN ONLY SEE THAT MARK TOLD ME HE WAS SAVING ME MONEY AND NOT THAT HE NEGLECTED TO TELL ME I HAD TO PAY MORE A MONTH, NOT TO MENTION I WAS ALREADY PAYING 100$ MORE THAN I REALLY COULD. 2 MORE WEEKS GO BY AND MY ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON..... I TAKE IT DOWN AND HE TELLS ME TO COME BACK A WEEK LATER , I NEED AN APPOINTMENT! WHEN I FINALLY GET ALL OF THE ARGUING OUT OF THE WAY MEANING HIM TELLING ME I DIDNT HAVE A WARRANTY FOR 30 DAYS THAT WAS AGREED ON, THEY FINALLY TELL ME OH ITS JUST YOUR GAS CAP, AND THEY RESET THE COMPUTER BOARD IN MY CAR.... IM PRETTY SURE ITS NOT AND IM SURE ILL BE FACING THAT PROBLEM LATER... DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE, NOT BECAUSE IM FRUSTRATED BUT SO MR KENNY OR MARK DON`T GET ANOTHER 2500$ DOWN FROM SOMEONE AND HIGH FIVE HIS BUDDY IN THE PARKING LOT LIKE HE DID WITH ME. -JOSH
