Service dept is AWFUL. They try and charge you for unecessary repairs. I received my car back and it wasn`t even put back together correctly! Really really bad. I will never take my car there again. BEWARE!

Dislike the service department...

Dislike the service department - their price quotes for service are easily 10 times what they should be - recently was given a quote of $900 for routine maintenance on my Toyota - went to Jiffy Lube instead and paid $100. And the people are nicer! I think I`ll go write a nice review for them!

Great Dealership

I recently purchased a new toyota camry hybrid and am extremely greatful and happy with Michael Toyota dealer experience. Despite my credit not being all that great I got a great deal and needed no co signer. Bobby the salesman was friendly, as well as all the staff and all did a great job from sales to financing. I will definately recommend this dealership if anyone is wanting a good car buying experience.

Great to work with
