We received the rudest service from this establishment. We called to see if we could get a tint removed from my son`s new car. We were told that could be done and my wife WENT IN PERSON to make an appointment for September 28th, a Saturday. My wife called on Friday the 20th to confirm the work to be done and the work date. She went at the appointed time on the 28th and waited for over an hour. She called numero... view moreus times leaving messages and finally left. SHE then called on Monday October 1st to be told SHE had the wrong day and that her appointment was the preceeding Saturday. They said the appointment was set for the 21st and she was told that they don`t have time to argue and hung up. The funny thing was when my wife called to confirm her appointment she was thanked and told so many customers don`t show up for THEIR appointments. There is no way we would have made the appointment fo the 21st as we were having a birthday party that day. I will never recommend this place not because of their screw up but because of their poor customer service (no response to phone messages asking what happened) and bad attitude. Go elsewhere people

DO NOT GO TO FRESNO TINT!

I just experienced the most terrible customer service here at Fresno Tint. I recently had my Range Rover (brand new) tinted and within 2 weeks my front and passenger windows look like a cat scratched all my tint! I called Ryan at Fresno Tint and he told me "there is a strip inside of your window panel that causes this." He said to bring it in, so I did and he did redo my tint. Great! If you want the best installat...

If you want the best installation with the best product, this is the place to go. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. Their work was flawless. They were very personable and took the time to explain my options. Just made an appointment for my other vehicle and would recommend Fresno Tint to anybody that wants the job done right.

Horrible Experience

I had a horrible experience with Fresno Tint, the owner Ryan was very rude and I commented on it and he then denied me business and I quote, "I do not need your business." Even his coworkers were telling him to be nicer and to not be rude but he is VERY rude and I do not recoomend

I just had the same experience...

I just had the same experience with this company and would never ever refer someone to them. The owner was so rude and disrespectful. I had an appointment and when I arrived was told that they could not take me. I dont live in Fresno so I arranged for someone to pick me up which is always hard to do. I drove 45 min. to be told that they had a job to do and could not take me..sorry. He said I was rude to his (brother) I guess if telling someone you cannot come in the following week is rude, WOW!!! He told me he left a message on my phone canceling my appt. Late..Well this is true because I was lost and tried calling the number several times and they did not answer???Again I am not from Fresno..I called after leaving to speak with the owner and he called right back??? Very RUDE owner!!!

"I had a very horrible and rude experience with Fresno Tint. If you ask them to do a certain thing for you and they say yes, it will be a totally different story once you have them start doing the work for you. I requested for them to cut around the alarm sticker on my car as I like the look of having the alarm sticker. When I made the appointment they agreed to cut around it. Once I came in to have my car done ... view morethey said they wouldn`t do it. So I had the sticker removed thinking that it`s fine as long as they do a good job on tinting my car because they are clearly charging about double the price of what other shops charge for tinting. Once I got my car back I found 1 major bubble on one of my windows. I asked the owner if it`s ok I come back another day if the bubble doesn`t go away. His blunt response to me was "You won`t come back. There won`t be anything wrong with it. No other person out there tints better than me" So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I observed my window for 2 weeks. The bubble never went away. So I returned it to him and he now blames my window (on my brand new car with 400 miles on it) has defects in the way it was made. He said he was going to change it but if it`s a "window defect" he will charge me for the replacement. Once I received my car back for the second time, the first bubble went away but now I have 3 more bubbles of the same size in different locations of my window. I talked to him nicely if he can try to remedy the bubbles at that moment and he bluntly responds with "You are being too picky, nothing will ever be perfect as factory. In the first place I did not want to do business with you because I felt that you were too picky. I don`t want to do business with you anymore. Take your car to a different shop out there." So you heard the guy! Anybody needing window tinting, make sure you take your cars to any other tinting shop and ABSOLUTELY AVOID FRESNO TINT. Other shops in Fresno will do a decent job for half the price of Fresno Tint."
