Much Better Than the Dealer!!!
I had to get a service B for my Mercedes 2007 C Class, the owner Moe was extremely helpful and very friendly. He even gave me a free cup of coffee! He charged me less than half of what the dealer wanted, all with original OEM parts! The owner performed all of the work himself and even offered a warranty for over 2 years. He provides a written estimate, and he will definitely save you money. He is a good guy who ... view morehas been in business for over 25 years, and he will take care of you. If you don`t believe, just go down there and talk to him and see for yourself. You won`t be disappointed! The above review I don`t think its the right shop, because my experience with Cypress German Auto has been really good, and there were a ton of other satisfied customers at the shop with me.

Beware!!!
This is a small one man repair shop. I recently took my SL 500 for an oil change while I waited. I pulled the car into the garage and went to outside the shop to wait. I was out there for just five minutes till the owner/mechanic came out with my oil filler cap in his hand. There was green Prestone (that is not put in Mercedes vehicles) smeared on the inside of the cap. He said I had a big proble. He said I had a bl... view moreown head gasket and if I left the car he could repair it for only $3500.00. I told him I didn`t have that kind of money and left. The car was and still is running great. It runs very smooth and strong which is not typical of cars with blown head gaskets. Within the same week I went to two other mechanics (one a Mercedes mechanic) who checked the car. Both shops told me there is nothing wrong with my car.
The guy is dishonest. If you do take you car there for any reason, do not take your eyes off of him or he might try the Prestone smear trick on you.
Sincerely,
Kamomayshee
