Excellent staff and service. T...

Excellent staff and service. These guys pull all the stops and leave you feeling that all is well with your vehicle after service. I appreciated the shuttle service and the continental breakfast particularly because I am from out of town. As for the price, I prefer to have things fixed the FIRST time as opposed to "going cheap" and having the job re-done. Hats off to EXCLUSIVE AUTO! Great team, great servic... view moree. 5 Stars For Sure

I was just in with my friend a few days ago. Like she said they were so honest and yes the minivan that was being given away by them to the family was just so very cool. (I ask you-who does anything like that? ONLY VERY COOL PEOPLE) There is a woman service writer that was extremely nice to talk to. It made me feel very comfortable. My car was ready to go several hours earlier than they thought and it was completely ... view morewashed! It works perfect and they even called me a couple of days later just to make sure everything was good. The reason I wanted to post a review was all of this stuff, but when I recieved a hand written thank you note a week later-I just had to speak out. THANK YOU GUYS and GIRL!

A GREAT PLACE

This place was awesome. I found them because of an article that was in the newspaper about them giving away a car to a family that was hurting really bad. That just doesn`t happen very much now days. I thought they were incredible to work with, VERY HONEST!!! The world needs more people like them.

Try it, you`ll like it...

I wanted to type a note to express how wonderful these people were to me. Being a single woman, I always think about the stories of getting stung. I had moved to Redlands from The South Bay area about 8 months ago. I even went back to my car place twice since I had moved, just because I felt haunted. Well here`s the story; my car started making a scary/weird noise (I know very technical-right). Of course it was pouri... view moreng like a waterfall outside and I had to be in Palm Springs in 4 hours (now you`re thinking, get the violins out), but it was a very important deal and my car was packed full of stuff I needed. I called Exclusive and unloaded my sorrows to Jim. He listened very carefully and without hesitating told me to come right in. I got there and they seemed super busy, so I was a little worried about my time. However a nice guy, Jason greeted me when I walked in and already knew what was going on with my time. They figured it out and told me what I needed super quick, (a bearing for my front wheel-just in case you were wondering). Here`s what`s really cool, the place where the part was coming from was not going to bring it till the next morning, so Jason got someone there to go to Riverside to pick it up for me. Long story short, I made it to Palm Springs in time!!! I love this place!!!

My friend told me about them and I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau. They had the top rating, so I went in. Very friendly (and super clean)-I thought that was extremely differant for a car repair place. It was great, everything was too cool. I really liked the Christmas music and donut while I hung out and waited for my friend to get me.

I had to rate it, because it`s hard to find a good mechanic. I heard from numerous people that this was a good place. It is!!! You will never find a cleaner shop anywhere. Very well run.

Listen up world, there are tons of auto repair places out there and it`s scary to try a new one, but I will just tell you this place is great. The shop is like a doctor`s office-even the mechanics wear white. It was the most professional place I`ve seen other than a new car dealer, but I think I know how everybody feels about those guys. This place was great

Having resently moved into the area, I was looking for a place to have my car serviced. I drove past Exclusive Auto several times and their facility looked good from the outside, so it stimulated my interest. I checked the Yellow pages for ratings and read the review above. I was hesitant to go in after that but decided to find out for myself. My experience was much different.I`ve never had such an enjoyable experie... view morence having a car serviced. They were honest, timely,professional, they gave me a ride home after I had coffee and donuts,They have a glass wall in the waiting room so I could watch the technition if I chose. I do agree they are not the cheepest shop in town,but my experience has been a cheep price always buys cheep work. Their follow-up was 2 days later. Very helpful and appreciated. Most repair shops don`t do a follow - up. My first visit and all visits have been great. I will never go anywhere else. ,
