Unprofessional start to finish
Recommended by the Ford dealer and a friend as the best; their standards must be much lower than mine because these guys left my car dirty inside and the headliner doesn`t match (color or material) the sun visors. Everything these guys do is on scratch paper; no computer in the office.

I`ve taken my Jeep here a coup...
I`ve taken my Jeep here a couple of times, and quite frankly they do excellent work. If you had a bad run in with them, then it must be something on YOUR end. These guys can do anything, and I learned about them through word of mouth. I`ll always take my soft top Jeep to them, no one else in SD knows how to deal with canvas quite like these guys do-so I highly recommend them.

Great Place
Someone sliced my top downtown. Took it to Jim`s, they ordered the top for my Mercedes and was in and out within 3 days. They did a great job. I would recommend this company to everyone.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place provided me with the most AWFUL experince I have had...E! V! E! R!! My mom went there because of the small amount of leak with my convertible. She told them of her suspicion on the leak coming from the two tiny hole on the driver side and she paid them to get a new top. Come the rain, the car leaks so badly now that it practically rains inside the car! My pants got SOAKED just driving ba... view moreck to Jim`s when the rain cleared up a little (7min drive). I started to explain how the leak is so much WORSE now and what did the owner do? She started cutting me off before I had a chance to finish even my first sentence and actually said, ""I don`t have to listen to you"" and ""I don`t have to deal with this."" Wow, here I was thinking that businesses were supposed to let you finish a sentence even AFTER they take your money. Boy, was I wrong. Oh, they told us to come back on Monday so they can spray water on the car to see where the water is coming in because she told me (while cutting me off) that the leak problem is the rubber sealing and cones that go over the clasp for the convertible. I TRIED to tell her that they should have told my mom BEFORE they took her money and gave her a new convertible top that the problem with the leak is NOT the top then we could have spent the money on the actual problem. I couldn`t get this sentence out either because she just kept cutting me off saying, ""I don`t have to deal with this."" She should really get out of the business of `dealing` with people if she doesn`t want people coming in expecting to be heard even after she`s taken their money. Please please pay heed to the other reviews as well as mine and spare yourself the time and money and refrain from going anywhere near this business. It is very obvious from reading mine and other reviews that this business is simply dishonest and run by an indecent human being. By the way, when I told the owner that I felt they had taken advatange of us she actually SCOFFED.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do not go here for you car needs. Please do yourself a favor never go here. Bad customer service. My wife and I were told by Brenda to get the @#$* out when we questi... view moreoned the work. She did not want to deal with the issue. She was just flailing her arms saying PAY ME, PAY ME.
Did not do the work they promised. Did not call me to let me know what they were doing instead of what we arranged. We were to have the leather on my BMW seat put on another frame. They said it would fit. Never called to tell me. Just threw in the replacement seat and the seat belt doesn`t even work. Now we have to remove the whole seat again to change the seat belts. Shoddy work and nasty people. Go to someone who takes pride in there work and stands behind it! I think there are still some shops out there like that.

Mustang Top
I called around for prices for my Mustang top and the price that I was given was very good. I was able to bring my car in the next morning and it was done by lunch time. Plus it came with a warranty. They were very fast and friendly. I will tell all of my friends. GREAT JOB !!

Miata Window
I went into Jims and thought that I had to get a whole new top for my car. And Brenda came out and said that I could just replace the plastic window and she gave me a price. Plus they were able to do it then and in 2 hours. They have very good customer service and would recommed them to everyone.

Very dishonest
I`ll make this short. I have used them before and was satisfied with work. I have referred many clients to this place. I will not be doing that anymore. Principles and customer service should be a priority to businesses, well not this one. On last visit she decided to change quoted price at the time of delivery. This is understandable if there is additional work or she would get it approved prior to performing the wo... view morerk but this was not the case. Instead, she decides to drop the surprise when i come to pay and pickup the vehicles. To add to the bad experience, as she`s charging the higher price, she tells me that people switch prices and she had written it on a note pad. Acted as a true and experienced thief and refused to return vehicle until higher price was paid. When confronted about her ""scam"" all she could say was ""get lost"". Being a business person, I understand this is not ethical, lawful and will definitely will not help her business. You make your own mind up, if you decide to go there, be sure to have a written estimate prior to leaving your vehicle/item or you could be her next victim.
