They have excellent customer service. I was shown a number of different options for a amplifier and sub-woofer, and they help me pick the best one for my smaller pickup truck. They undersold Best Buy by $200 and they installed right then and there. I was out in less then an hour. I have also had my windows tinted there in the past and again, EXCELLENT work.
