The Upland guys charged me over $250 for "fixing" the check engine light problem. They did nothing, accepted my cash. 25 miles later, the engine light came back on. Then they sent me to a different place, (Cucamonga) saying it was thier "gun" problem, not accepting responsibilty! They sent me to another pepboys, who charged me $90 for a FREE TEST, to make up for this!!! I am NEVER going t... view moreo them again. The Cucamonga Mangager was VERY RUDE, and said "you shouldn`t have signed the paperwork" when I complained about paying for a FREE test. I paid, as he intimidated me, and harrassed me, trying to tell me He`d give me my free test if i paid $450 for a Thermostat!! Are there any honest businesses anymore!?

i manage a auto brake shop n r.c they have some employee driver i would say lacks respect and profesonal skills to treat a long time customer as we been,that young lady should be taught how to treat people with the respect and profesonal attitude being has nothing to do with ones character.,

Worst Car Service !!!!

Please do not go to this Pep Boys if you don`t want to get ripped off!!! These guys are liars and money hungry idiots!!! I went in for a simple flat tire and it took way too long and way too much money!!! I caught them in a lie and they couldn`t even admit they were at fault!!! Horrible customer service! Th...

Horrible customer service! This is my second time dealing with them where they gave me a time where my car would be finished. When I call to get the status of my car at that time, it hasn`t even been pulled into the bay! The representative was extremely defensive and hung up the phone when I was in the middle of a sentence. I will not be going back to them for service any longer.

poor customer service

I dropped my truck off to have the brakes checked in the morning. I called 7 hours later and they said they were looking and would call back in 15 minutes. 1 1/2 hours went by and I went there and they had not done anything.
