The people at Hoehn Honda should be ashamed of themselves. My widowed elderly mother bought a new car from them shortly after my father died. She has been going in regularly for service and performing every recommended tune-up, including new filters and having her tires rotated. Now, after putting only 20,000 miles on a brand new set of tires they sold her, she was been told that the alignment has been off and her ti... view moreres are ruined. They refused to prorate or give her any discount on a new set. After my sister went in and complained and they refused to do anything, my mother went to Firestone to purchase the tires. While there, they informed her that her filter has NEVER been changed! My mother has receipts from Honda verifying that they changed it multiple times. Sounds pretty fishy, Hoehn. You have been taken advantage of the wrong person. I have filed a complaint with BBB (I`m not the only one!) and giving you bad reviews all over the Internet. Did you guys forget that people Google now before they buy? Stay away from this business! They are not to be trusted!!

Thank you for a wonderful experience top to bottom. Alfonso, my salesman was terrific and so was the financial person (I think her name was Erin?) I brought the car in to service yesterday for Teflon and the service dept was also friendly and very helpful. My service man`s name was Morgan.

Poway Honda did not fix the problem if your car in a new car warranty. I bring my Civic and Odyssey and Voila. Hoehn replace the damage parts, they even wash my car and free of charge. We are talking about trunk is not smoothly closed, safety belt is not retracting, windows motor is not working, sliding door galoping on inclined street, hard to open sliding door, and other stuff I do not remember.

I bought my Honda somewhere else, but take it to Hoehn for oil changes, etc. The staff has always been friendly and they complete the work within a reasonable amount of time. They also always wash my car at the end, which I LOVE! The only bad thing about the sevice department - I think they might be a little high priced. If you live in the North County area though it is worth it.
