Rubbed me the ""right way!""

I ordered the quarter window seals and the window felts for my caddy. The quarter window seals arrived right away and were excellent in both fit and quality. The felt kit was a special order item and it did take some time. However....when it arrived it was SPOT ON! I had tried a few other kits from other suppliers and was dissapointed every time and ended up returning them. RTRW nailed it for me and I am 100% h... view moreappy with my ecperience. Just wanted to extend my thanks again to the guys at Rubber the Right Way. Clayton created a custom quote for my Olds 98, including all of the rubber parts I would need, correct quantities, etc. He did a great job. There was some trial and error, but 95% was dead on the first time. Definately knew their stuff.

Have used Rubber the Right Way for several restorations including a 1960 Buick Electra and a 1972 Cadillac Eldorado. The sales staff (thanks Clayton!) really knows their products. The price was right, especially for USA made authentic reproductions. I will be back for sure.

The worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service!!! The item I ordered was not a correct fit for my car even though I was told it would be. I was asked to return the item along with my old one and was told they could make me the correct fit using mine as a template in a couple of weeks. Two weeks later I called for an up date and was told it would be another two weeks. By now I have over a month wrapped up into there mistake. T... view morewo weeks later still no parts, another call resulted in me being told it would be another two to three weeks because they had people ahead of me. So, even though I sent them correct parts to UPDATE there catalog, wait over two months, let them use my parts so they can have correct parts to offer customers. I had to cancel my order. This is a really bad way to treat customers. I would never recommend them to anyone.
