Omg! If I had to recommend any auto repair shop I would totally send all my friends to these guys! I was havin one of the worst days of my life then of course my car breaks down! I was some where near west sac n so I looked on my phone for a shop n I found Sierra Hart so I called to see if they could help n they told me that they could tow my car for FREE cause I was within 10 miles!! Go See Gary and Butch

Man these guys are awesome. Between the quality of their work, their great attitudes, reasonable prices and fixed on time. They are a one stop shop. They also offer towing, which is convenient.

If you`re in West Sac, go see them, and if you aren`t, then you should make the drive over there. Tell those guys that Ron sent you.

Great Service, Excellent price and good people

I took my car in for a smog and oil change. I checked out the prices for both of these at several other mechanics, and all charged about $90.00 for both services. Found Sierra Hart on Facebook and liked the reviews. They did both my smog and oil change for under $40.00! Great Job, Great service and very nice people. I`ll be going back and would recommend Sierra Hart to my friends. Dave.

I am so happy my friend referred me to Sierra Hart!

I was having some major issues with my vehicle and took it a dealership to have it repaired. (Future Ford). The dealdership wanted to tear my car apart and charge me $2100.00 without a gaurantee. Later, that day my friend told me about Sierra Hart.

What a Waste!!!

A friend ask me about this particular towing company in west sacramento because he wanted to use it. I gave him the bad news. A few years ago, I had my car tow by them to my house but they wouldn`t do it. So they tow it to their place which is less then 2 miles away. And I had to pay $190 bucks to get my car back. WTF??? I paid for it. I Will never ever use this towing company again, especially the ones in west sac ... view morecenter. Bad customers service and rude. What A Fabulous Company!

I needed an oil change on my Honda Accord. It is a Ultra Low Emission Vehicle, but I asked the service manager if there was a way to make it run even cleaner or to improve my gas mileage.
He advised me that changing over to a synthetic oil would give me BOTH!
They changed my oil, switched my vehicle to an all synthetic oil and I couldn`t be happier!

GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR

TOOK ME TO WORK, SERVICED MY CAR, WASHED IT WITHOUT ME ASKING. RECOMMEND SERVICE THAT WAS NEEDED. NOW MY CAR DRIVES BETTER THAN EVER AND I`AM GETTING BETTER GAS MILAGE. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!

Excellent service

I`ve been getting my truck`s (2001 Chevy S10) oil changed there for about 18 months and every time the mechanic will anwer any type questions I have about my trucks performance and check out any component I`m concerned about. This week I left the shop after another oil change and my rear tail light bulb was out. I took it back and told them that it wasn`t out before I brought it in. They looked at my vehicle right aw... view moreay even though I could tell they were busy. They found the problem, (rear tail light buld burnt out) and replaced it free of charge and had my truck back to me within 20 minutes. Both the management and mechanics there are very open about what they do and answer any type of question until I am satisfied.

Oh yeah, they also told me how to remove my door panel properly for speaker installation after I bought instructions online, a chilton manuel, the tool required to remove the pin and I still couldn`t do it. They understood where I was having trouble and explained what I needed to do so well with one simple drawing I could`ve saved all the money on that other stuff and just talked to them. I think this is my first reveiw for anything on the internet, and I created an account just for this. This type of service in this industry (and most others) is rare and a high recommendation is well deserved. Also, they are listed in Broderick, CA which is in West Sacramento for those who don`t know.
