Blanding Auto, Terrible, frustrating, the smog guy lies with a straight face looking directly in your eyes, a true financially bully with smog machine. I unfortunately received a flyer and though he?ˆ™s close so I unsuspecting used the coupon. Not only did he charge me over 200 dollars to supposedly fix my car to pass smog, he then said I had to go to a smog only center to get smogged. (I did and it failed the smo... view moreg test). The part my car needed, he said only a dealer can sell this part. I walked across the street to O?ˆ™Reilly?ˆ™s auto parts and found the part for half what he charged me. One of my employee?ˆ™s took his truck to Blanding auto care. Same thing over 200 dollars and wouldn?ˆ™t pass smog. The hostility we both felt over getting legally robbed is terrible.

I have been bringing my car to Blanding Auto Repair for about two years and I have been satisfied every time. Just recently I brought my car because the check engine light came on. Lum (the owner) quickly diagnosed the problem with the car and a few hours later, my car was repaired. Luckily it was only a vacuum hose and not that big of a deal. I have been to a lot of different auto repair shops and I can say that Bla... view morending Auto Repair offers competitive prices and is extremely capable.

I`ve taken my cars there for over 3 years, and whether just an oil change,tires/brakes or the major repair needs, Lum and his staff are always upfront and honest and never try to do unecessary work. They have discounts on labor and oil changes and seasonal maintenance too.
It`s just different than most shops where its a get em in get em out feel, no wonder they`ve been well known and spoken of for nearly 25 years.... view more
