Reviews:
Bad service
Pepboys has terrible service. I went there to get a diagnostic. Even though I had an appointment, I still watched my car sit in the same place for 3 hours. After I asked about why my car had been sitting there not being worked on and was given a beat-around-the-bush response, and when I called the 1800 number to complain, they put it in the shop. After two more hours of waiting, I was told there diagnostic technician... view more was stumped and couldn`t figure out what was wrong with my car, even though a few codes were coming back: Trottle position sensor, misfire in a cylinder etc. It almost seemed as though the mechanic didn`t actually put effort into solving the problems. And that seemed strange to me because he should be a trained technician in his field, so any problems with my car shouldn`t had been that difficult to work on, especially when your getting paid to do it. It`s just a jeep, not a benz. Of course I complained about them trying to charge me for a service they didn`t provide. The manager told me that he wouldn`t charge me. Of couse he shouldn`t because I didn`t receive information I didn`t already know. Not getting charged was the only highlight of my experience there.
