Please pay attention. This is ...
Please pay attention. This is the worst place to purchase a car. I am not a disgruntle customer who did not get there way. I was a paying on time customer when they sold me a lemon car. The professionalism is the equivalent of being kicked in the face and robbed and that`s no exaggeration. They do not under and terms inspect there cars before selling it. They have fancy, clean beautiful looking cars, but they are ju... view morenk cars. I have spoken to several customers and they have shared the same experience. Matt the finance manager is rude, nasty, does not know how to talk, communicate with customers. They make promises and will not keep them. I was making car payments for 6 months and they were not reporting it to the credit agencies and I was depending on that to rebuild my credit. They change the odemiter reading on my car. I found this out at the DMV. They denied it of course but I brought the paper work to prove it. So in essence since they were not reporting my payments I stopped making payments and bought me a car from a major dealership. Please be very careful with these guys. The car sales people there are not knowledgeable at all about any of the cars they sell. There is one guy there name Ryan who is great and honest, but unfortunatley he work for thieves. Omair the owner is a scam artist. Be careful with him. He is a fast talker and smooth(So he thinks) The other owner Jeff(Muscular white guy),allowed his finance manager to actually curse me out in front of him, and at that point i was done. I do not under no certain terms recommened this place at all. If you need any additional info feel free to contact me. I have proof to everything I stated in this posting. They are scam artist.

We found a beautiful CLK320 on...
We found a beautiful CLK320 on the lot of Autohaus, San Diego. We arrived at an equitable price with the understanding that we would be able to purchase the missing and damaged accessories at their discounted cost from the MB dealership. For the next 4 weeks I had nothing but a shell game. Matt made "promises" he never kept, cut me off from each call, telling me he`d call right back. When he nev... view moreer did, and I called him, he tried backing out of his promises by telling me he really doesn`t "do the discount thing". I chose to cut him off, reminding him that he had not proven one thing since taking our money. On top of all this, their DMV person made a mistake, confused that our cashier`s check was a "loan check", and filed a lien with the State that didn`t exist, which took another week to resolve. Once that was corrected and I asked about our newest, promised date for our dealership order, and was told that the rules had changed and I had to drive to the MB dealer myself and talk to a particular person and they would give me the Autohaus price. This has been a ridiculous ride, and this "business" and their operators have no ethics. "Take the money and screw the buyer" is their modus operandi. Just like the other reviewer I found on http://cars.com (http://www.cars.com/de...), I have learned that they likely change their business operating name every year, or two, likely to avoid "bad press". I would avoid this dealership at all costs. The cars and prices are available elsewhere, and I don`t like the idea of lining their pockets and hope that this advice saves others time, energy and frustration.
