Bad Customer Service
The staff here is not helpful and rude. I have gone in several times and the wait it always rather long. I asked to get my battery checked and it was really hard to get someone to come out and check it. When I bought a can of Refrigerant, the manager did not say there was a $10 core charge before I bought. How was I supposed to know? There are plenty of other options for auto parts stores in OC.
