Yes, I have to say that the business is mistitled, but last year, I took a Nissan Titan in to exchange a windshield there. It was quick & convienient, and the price was right. These folks are in the middle of an industrious area of recycled vehicles with mainly spanish speaking businesses. I am a white-boy, but I was impressed with the industriousness of the differing businesses about. They offer low prices on new g... view morelass(tinted too). As I sat waiting for the glass from the warehouse, I determined that I will get my glass from them from then on.

dont even call this place...

So I call this business thats listed under auto salvage/ dismantling/wrecking... and when I called this business some guy answered with "Bueno" (hello in spanish) and when I asked him if I called a business he answered "Si" (yes in spanish) and I asked him what is the name of the business I was calling he said "auto glass" and I said "Auto Glass, thats the actual name of your business"...He said "No, it`s called Outl... view moreet Auto Glass" and I responded with "So, your not a Auto Wrecking Company" and the man on the phone said "No, we do auto glass, thats all"... and then I told him he should answer the phone with more than a "Bueno" and he just laughed and I told him "Thank You and Good Bye" and hung up....What a riot...Not only are they listed under the wrong type of business but they don`t seem to think that answering the phone with more than a "Bueno" is suitable...and before I started writing this review I called this business back and got the same "Bueno" when the man answered the phone...I guess whats to expect... Incompetent people can only offer Incompetent service...What does one have to do to get a job now-a-days...Sometimes too much and for the most part...not enough or nothing at all as far as "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS"....good luck in your search....
