Thieves at Jiffy Lube, Pasadena!!!

I wanted to see this tape! But it failed to open. It
says it is an asx file? I am not familiar with those.

I have a very bad story about Jiffy Lube...I went to
one next to my house in Pasadena and I had money
inside the console glove box, one $20 dollar bill, and
it was gone when I got my car back. I know one of the
two people stole it because I was starving and was going to get lunch when I got... view more

confronted the losers, and they denied
ever seeing anything in the glove box...thing is, I
neve mentioned it was IN the glove box.

I wrote to corporate about it and they never got back
to me.

I HATE JIFFY LUBE!!!

Ain`t no sunshine

I was out in a jiffy but they didn`t honor a coupon that I got off the corporate site. I didn`t quite understand that and the manager didn`t try to accomidate me. I will never go to that location ever again. My floors were not vacuumed good at all I have to ask them to do it over. I think they should leave that service to the car washes. The other workers were very friendly and very helpful...customer service with a ... view moresmile on the other hand the manager acted like he ate a lemon. He should step down and let one of the others take his job or go back to customer service school.
