Excellent Service and Repair
Excellent Service!!! The staff called with regular updates and went out of the way to make sure that all aspects of damage were addressed in timely manner. I was definitely ""wowed"" with the level of customer service and repair work. I will pass my experience on to others within my community.

Don 19t go there.Dealing with ...
Don?t go there.Dealing with John Mittskus,GM of this body shop was a nightmare! He is a liar, rude, obnoxious and doesn?t have an ounce of professionalism in his entire body.If he worked in a corp job,he would have been fired by now.I went in for an estimate that was based on not using my insurance, and dropped off the car yesterday eve. This morning I receive a call from F.Jacobo and he stated that when they had remov... view moreed the bumper, they noticed that the liner and the hdlamp were broken and had to be replaced and that the estimate now almost doubled. So what was originally in the $700 range now would cost me almost $1200.I told him that I was unavailable until noon and not to do any work on the car so that I could reassess what I wanted to do about the car and potentially take it home.I called Jacobo around noon,he immediately transferred me over to John.I informed John that due to the price,I would be using my insurance instead and that the insur co recommended that I use their preferred shop because they will back up and guarantee the work from them.I told him I would be taking the car and he told me I had to pay for all of the work he had completed to date.I told him there wasn?t any work done, just the removal of the bumper and he argued with me that the car was already painted and all of the work was almost done. This heated discussion went on for quite some time.I told him this was not what was communicated to me by Jacobo in the am, and per my instructions, no work was to commence until further notice and that it was impossible for him to have done all of the work by 9 am when he had called me.I asked to speak to Jacobo directly and was told by John that he was paging him for me.I was kept on hold for a while and I got a weird feeling that he wasn?t paging him but trying to get their stories on the same page.I jumped into my car and headed to their body shop, hung up the phone and recalled them and asked to speak to Jacabo. The receptionist told me that Jacabo was talking to John and looking at my car.I was right.I then got John back on the phone and then he gave me this attitude while he admitted he was talking about the wrong car and then he said ??if you?re done talking about the other car, we can talk about yours?? Uh..What an idiot. He never apologized for his rude behavior or his error in mixing my car up with someone else?s.He continued his arrogant behavior during the rest of my dealings with him.I then told him I was on the way to pick up my car.He said he was going to charge me $70.I told him that I didn?t owe him any money since they didn?t do any work, and they made the error in the estimate by almost double tho I was willing to split the diff to be nice. He shot back with a snarky rude tone of voice and said he didn?t need me to be nice and that I had to pay him $70 to get my car back. Finally, they charged me $42 to get my car back ? when I called my husband to inform him that they were requiring a fee,John made a rude comment after I got off the phone,??oh,, you can call a tow truck to get your car towed from here, but you have to call your husband to pay the bill??? Can?t you pay a bill without permission from your husband???What a jerk! This is the kind of unprofessionalism that spews from this hi tech. The entire office staff is rude and they probably take their cue from their so called leader, John. They were so childish the entire time I was at their shop that they would group around whenever I left the room and start gossiping about us,laughing and making rude comments. My 18 year old daughter was in the reception area and witnessed all of this and finally told the receptionist that they were rude and that it was highly unprofessional of them to behave as they were.I could tell you more, but no room.Take your car to Tustin Body Works on Bell.Incidentally, there was a customer in the wtg room- brought his car back after 3 wks cuz the repair was done incorrectly.Google hi tech collision fraud

most unprofessional business i`ve ever dealth with
my insurance recommended hi-tech to me and since it was the closest body shop to my apartment, i chose to go there.
huge mistake.
not only did it take SIX WEEKS for me to get my car back, but they did not keep me up to date on the process until i called them about three weeks in and lost my mind. after that, john, the manager, called me everyday.
every time he called he told me that there was something new... view more wrong with my car, or that they`d ordered the wrong part (this happened THREE times) or they didn`t know when i`d be getting my car back. i was even told that they weren`t going to fix the damage done to my front bumper because i allegedly hadn`t ""informed them of this damage"". even though i had the car put on the lift during the estimate so they could check for any damage. the person doing the estimate had forgotten to mention it in the report.. that was eventually settled, but it added more time to my repair.
by the end of the six weeks, i was so fed up and all i wanted was my car back. i picked it up on a tuesday, and three days later, john called to ask me if anyone had informed me that my motor mount was damaged and it wasn`t accident-related. weird how they forgot to mention that when i picked the car up huh? as.the car was brand new when i bought it and had no damage, it was either something that occurred during the accident or they had somehow messed it up.
john even had the audacity to say to me, ""well it`s not like your motor will fall out or anything.""
that`s good to hear, glad that your wyotech educated employees managed to further damage a car that was already demolished in an accident.
my interior lights and day-time running lights are now screwy and flickering on and off while i`m driving. they had NO reason to touch anything on the dashboard and yet they did.
i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, nor would i return to this shop for any further work. god only knows what else is wrong with my car and i will definitely be taking it to another shop to get it repaired.

Highly Recoomened!!!
I brought both my cars, not at the same time...thank Heaven. Both times I was totally and completely delighted with their service. John the manager is a very freindly man who seems to bend over backwards to satisfy his custiomers.
Price wise I found them very competive and the job is done perfect the first time. I have recommended Hi-Tech of Santa Ana to all my freinds and business associates..

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would have been better off going to Earl Scheib for a paint repairs.
All Hi-Tech see`s is $$$$ signs and ways to file fraudulent insurance claims.
