Don`t plan on using any coupon...

Don`t plan on using any coupons here. I was greeted by an employee named Storm. He was friendly and courteous. I printed a $15 coupon from Valvoline`s website. I was informed that the coupon was no good, as the shop special was $24.95 rather than the full price of $39.95. I agreed to the price, and upon completion of my oil change Storm handed me a receipt with a coupon for $10 off my next oil change. He did ... view morenot clarify that this was off the $39.95 price. Not knowing this, I excitedly said "$10 off, I would bring my other vehicle." Upon bringing my 2nd vehicle, and having all of the oil drained out of it, I was told I could not use the $10 coupon on the $24.95 price.

DO NOT ever use Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 1460 E. Foothill Blvd. They use deceptive advertisement. My wife went in to get the advertised $24.99 oil change and came out paying $69.39 for a simple oil change. She was shocked.

Unprofessional

DO NOT CHANGE OIL HERE...THEY WILL STRIP YOUR OIL Pan !!!! They stripped my oil pan and did nothing to fix it . Complained about it and store manager said he could do nothing to fix it .called area manager and he actually Hung up on me !!!!! Do u believe his professionalism I SWEAR TRUE STORY ...look to make a long story short don`t risk your engine with these guys you start leaking oil from a stripped oil pan you lo... view morese your engine !!!! They advertise $19.99 for an oil change. It`s recycled oil, that DOES NOT meet standards. They real price for an oil change is over $40.
