Credit Card Fraud
Cashier repeatedly asked for my PIN number when I used my credit card number and was very annoyed when I said he didn`t need a PIN for a credit card transaction. The next day my bank called to alert me to attempted fraudulant activity using my credit card number. Manager/Owner of Autopia would not speak to me, or return my phone calls. I have filed a police report.

Overpriced, awful service
I was about to take in my leased car for trade-in when I decided that I would spend a good penny to get it completely cleaned - inside and out. I pretty much paid for everything I could to make sure that I got back a car in great condition. I was completely screwed!!
I clearly said clean every nook and cranny, vacuum the trunk because it`s empty, and make sure the carpets are in great condition. A half hour la... view moreter, I had to speed out of there and everything looked good on the surface. The next day, I went to take the car in and opened the trunk to find that it hadn`t been touched. No one bothered to vacuum it. They didn`t event vacuum the leather seats which were full of debris in the cracks (something that would have EASILY been cleaned with a vacuum cleaner). They didn`t vacuum under the seats so I had to pick gum wrappers and small pieces of debris with my fingers to try and make it look nice. The cup holder wasn`t even wiped down. There were coffee drips still on the center area. I paid nearly $60 for something I could have done myself in 15 minutes.
Truly disappointed and won`t be going back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you`re going to charge ridiculous amounts just because you`re in Walnut Creek, do the job.
