Custom Car Alarms have installed the alarms and stereos on all the vehicles I`ve had over the past 12 years. My Honda CRV was broken into and vandalized (should have hidden my portable GPS unit) recently. I woke up when I heard the alarm and the thieves departed with only the GPS and an old iPod (glovebox.) I was always greeted on the phone when I called, they listened and squeezed me into the schedule (hey, they`re always in demand) and gave me the options and prices to match my budget. While I have a Honda, I`ve always seen a large variety of cars in their workshop, so I know I can count on them when I eventually buy my Prius or BMW!

Custom Car Alarms Leaves Cause for Alarm

Bad products. Rude service from employees. The manager acts like he cares but does not solve your problems. Nobody can do anything quickly. They do not stand behind what they sell. Can never get in touch with anyone live, you always get the answering machine. They are frequently closed during key business hours.
