PERFECT MATCH!!!

WoW!!! so blown away on their expertise. I have taken my car to 2 other paint shops and none of them have been able to match the paint on my new car door with the rest of the car. everyone kept trying to get me to paint my whole car. they were telling me that was the only way the paint would match because of sun and weather that naturally fades the paint and the new door paint will never match. my sister-in-law told ... view moreme about BROOKS AUTO BODY AND PAINT and the owner Mark brought his painter, Jayson, out and they said if they couldn`t match it I would not have to pay. when I came back from my trip to Berkley the door matched PERFECTLY!!! smart girl

I went to this shop, i have aaa insurance and even though they are not a aaa shop, my insurance company was out to look at my vehicle the very next day. I was told it would take 7 working days to do the repairs. AAA put me in a rental, the girl at the desk set everything up for me. Took all the stress out of me having to do it. After 4 days I was called that additional damage was found, AAA had to go out and look ... view moreat my car again, I was then notified it would take an additional day. While this is stressful to begin with I was really happy with their communications with me and keeping me informed. I was surprised to receive a phone call 2 days later my car was done, they even did some additional work free of charge, that was not part of the accident. Everyone there was great, from the girl at the front desk very cheerful and helped calm me down. the owner went over my repairs with me and explained what they did to get my car back to pre-accident condition. Terrible..

This place is absolutely ridiculous. After the front of my car was damaged I brought it to Brooks because AAA recommended it. BAD idea. I got the car back later than they told me I`d be getting it back and when I did there were more things wrong with the car than when I had taken it in. My car was vibrating violently and my air conditioning, car alarm, and cd player were all not working.
In addition ... view moreto that my car smelled like cat urine, which I believe happened because the window was left down (as I saw) and a cat decided to urine in it. I took the car back 4 times and EACH time the owner tried to tell me to take it somewhere else. Let someone else fix it. After the fourth time I gave up and to this day the car isn`t properly fixed. I filled out a formal complaint against this place to AAA.
