If you would like great great customer service go to Metro Acura! Shaun Ridge was my sales guy and he did such a wonderful job in explaining the Acura RDX and all the new features that it had. I took it on a test drive and Shaun insisted that I drive it on the freeway, streets and parking to get a feel for the RDX... I was in love with how smooth the RDX was and how comfortable it was and how safe it made me feel.... view more Now the hardest sale would be my husband who sold cars in the 80`s LOL! Good Service Writer - Metro Acura

Hector Ruiz is one fine example of exceeding my expectations on service. Was at the dealer several times last year before I purchased a new MDX. He always takes great care of me and demostrates how much he actually cares about listening and understanding my issues. May he work there for a very long time.

Amazing Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a new Acura TSX from Metro Acura. Despite past experiences with other dealerships that were less than stellar, Metro Acura exceeded my expectations and took care of me. So much easier than I expected....

After being recommended by my cousin, we visited Metro Acura to get our new car. Tom Cornwell did a fantastic job from start to finish. First time buyers***Read this

My first time buying a car after collega and MIKE GORKA took care of me like his own daughter. I went in looking for a pre-owned TSX and MIKE GORKA worked with me for over 6 months on finding the perfect Acura for me. Worst Customer Service I have experienced

I have purchased several vehicles throughout the years, I went to this dealership for a professional experience. What I ended up with a nightmare, these guys are not proficient in the paperwork. I would not recommend anyone shop at this dealership, as they are the worst.
