Not That Speedy

Franklin Auto Body has a great and welcoming atmosphere to it. The people there are very friendly. The drawback to it is that they took uo to a month to make minor repairs to my car. They never called, it was always me calling to check on the status of my car. When it was finally done, again they didnt call to inform me. When I asked how long it was that my cars been ready the associate i spoke with chuckled and all ... view morehe had to say was ""awhile"". So because my insurance didnt cover the day to day cost for insurance coverage on my rental i spent 320+ out of pocket. In conclusion if you want fast service i wouldnt recommend this place.

Excellent customer service

Franklin Auto Body treated me like family. The repair was great. They were very helpful!!!! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
