Thanks for NOTHING
The other day, I was running around town - on my way home, I noticed I got a flat tire! I pulled into Westwood Village to check it out....a flat! I used my jack and lifted my little Toyota but I had a hard time loosening the lug-nuts. I thought for sure the men in Kragen would be able to help. I know they aren`t a tire shop, but certainly someone should help me out! I went inside and saw three employees, two at th... view moree counter (only one helping customers) and the third in back un-loading stock; I approached him. "Sir, could you help me change my flat tire?" he looks at his watch and says, "I don`t know" he then walks over to the counter and says, "She needs someone to help her change her flat tire" the man helping customers plainly says, "We don`t do that." I spoke up and said, "I have it all jacked up, I just need some help with the lug-nuts since they are put on with that gun thing" again he responds, "We don`t do that." I could barely believe what I was hearing! Tears welled up in my eyes and I began to leave the store....thankfully an elderly couple spoke up and said they would help me! This man had an ARM-SLING and he removed it to roll up his sleeves on his cowboy shirt to expose this puss-filled nobby thing below his elbow. He changed my tire for me! :) The whole time cursing at the idiots in Kragen for not helping a young girl out!
This Kragen is our local auto-parts store. My husband and I have visited it often. After this incident we will NEVER go to a Kragen`s again.
Thanks for NOTHING,
Mother of Two
