Avoid for the following reasons

Big mistake to use this facility. They do not care about service and their intention is very clear based on following experiences:
- they will put a reminder sticker on your car telling you to change oil again in 3000 miles so they can make more money faster. You could go at least 3500 miles but their excuse to shorten 500 miles - 15% is to help their safety margin ($$) regardless on how you use your vehicle
-... view more they will squeeze the right front wheel of your car against a steel rail on the floor to make their work easier and possibly damaging the aligment of your front wheels
- they are so fast that the old oil is not fully drained
- their ""free"" full service will leave your windows worse than when you arrived
- if you complain they smile and say they know what they are doing -
Yes, they know what they are doing, getting your money as fast as possible

Terrible execution - poor service, hidden fees, and a discourteous staff

The oil change is quick, but the execution is terrible and service is even worse. I recently had my oil changed there and the staff mis-identified my car and subsequently put in the wrong type of oil. Then, to top it off, they wanted a $10 oil filter surcharge. $55 out the door for an oil change?What? Owner Bill Nelson should get his business in order.
