The Sales side of the house has worked well for me 3 times, I bought a 2002 PT Cruiser (new), a 2008 Dodge Dakota (used), and I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger with the help of Nick Oneil in Sales. Although I expect minor bumps in the process of purchasing a new car, I have never felt pressured or seen poor behvior on the sales side, which is why I keep coming back. What happen to 5 star service

I had a starter put in on my Jeep about 1 year and 3 months ago. Now my starter has gone out agian and i asked if i had a warrenty on the starter and they said yes a 1 year warrenty. So after 1 year was up the starter goes out agian.(thats shows how they make there money). I talk to a guy name Jospeh and i was asking him what would i have to do to get this fix ASAP. Joseph let me know that it would cost me about 400.... view more00 to get it fix. even thought the warrenty was barly up, So what i did was called the manufacture of the starter and they let me know that they have a life time warrenty on there starters. So i called joseph back and let him know that the manufactruing company has a life time warrenty on the starters can he just replace it because of the warrenty. Needs to say JOSEPH HUNG UP ON ME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING AND REPAY AND REPAY THEN GO AHEAD AND GO. BUT THEY SUCK AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.
