End of lease gouge
I turned in my 2007 525i at the end of its lease term. The inspection for damage was unbelievable. They searched for any nick, dent or spec of damage they could find. I was shocked. I would have expected this behavior from a used car salesman but never would have expected this from a company that positions itself as a luxury, class organization. The damage they claimed, was so miniscule you could not see it unless yo... view moreu looked in the light a certain way or looked how the reflection of a palm tree appeared to be straight as it reflected in the car finish. I had the car for 3 years and did not see 50% of the damage they claimed was there. I had bought cars from this dealership before and was astounded at the ruthlessness and self serving interest in which they conducted themselves. When I complained about the excessive damage claims, their response was if we don`t make you pay we have to pay. It is good to know they are interested in investing in their customers for future business, not! I wrote to the GM of the dealership about this issue and got no response. I wrote to the VP of Operations at BMW USA and got no response. I ended up buying a Mercedes to replace this car. I would not buy another car from these crooks if my life depended on it.

unfair treatment
4 months ago i bought a bmw 740il with 52,000 miles on it from concord bmw. i have only put 4,000 miles on it since i have bought it. well my transmission started leaking heavily and i took it back to concord bmw for service. they told me that my transmission seal was bad. the total cost of the repair at their service department was $1500. so what i thought would be fair was for the dealership to split the cost of t... view morehe repair with me 50/50. i would pay $750 and they would absorb the rest. well, after being sent to talk to every person they have in management they would not help me. for two days they refused to work with me and did not treat me as a valued client. they treated me unfairly and they didn`t care if they lost me as a customer. on the last conversation that i had with them i actually told them that if they didn`t accomodate me i would take my business to east bay bmw and they said that was fine with them. they would not budge! i was treated unfairly and will never do business with them again. and besides, after researching on the internet i have found that east bay bmw was awarded a prestigous award from bmw that concord bmw has not been awarded.
