Unhappy longtime customer

Awful customer service. This mechanic is overwhelmed and takes on more than he could handle. Our car was in his shop for over 13 days. NO REPAIRS were even made and the worst part was he called us only TWO times to inform us of the cars status. I called everyday hoping that our car was fixed and he assured me he would get to it??? No he never did in fact on the 11th day I was told he had issues with an employee ... view moreand now my keys were missing???? He never bothered to inform me of this information when it first happened!!! At that point my husband had it and called him back to see if and when the car would ever be ready! Jim then yelled at my husband saying we expect too much of him!!??? REally?? We expected our car to be fixed in a timely fashion and some communication isnt that one should expect from a MECHANIC!?? Either way he made no repairs we picked up our car and will never return their again! One would expect better service after being long tim customers!!
